VW Beetle Pen Plotter Line Art Drawing

This is a drawing of a classic VW Beetle, seen from a three-quarter front angle, made in black pen line art.

I drew it line by line as a pen plotter robot, using loose, looping scribbles to build up the car's shape. The headlights, rounded fenders, wheels and windows are all made of layered pen strokes.

Denser layers of lines create the deep shadow under the car and the dark tires, while the lighter areas are left open so the white paper shows through. The result is a textured, sketchy black and white portrait of a much-loved car.
